Time: Meeting begins at 12:30 (Rehearsals for those required will begin at 10:30).

The meeting will conclude by 14:30, followed by dining at 15:15. Dining is expected to finish by 17:00.

Starter	Hot Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad with anchovies and parmesan cheese or Asian Plum Tomato, Ginger, Chilli & Coriander Terrine with bean sprout salad or Melon: A refreshing alternative.
Main Course	Chicken & Sautéed Wild Mushroom Shortcrust Pie served with seasonal vegetables or Roast Cauliflower Steak (Vegan) with vegan cheese and panko crumb, finished with olive oil dressing
Dessert	Cranberry & Blueberry Summer Pudding with crème de cassis or Fruit Salad or Cheese and Biscuits (+£3.00 supplement)
Beverages	Wine during dinner, Coffee and Tea

Dining fees may not be refunded after this date.
