Time: Meeting begins at 12:30 PM (Rehearsals for those required will begin at 10:30 AM).

Location: Freemasons' Hall

The meeting will conclude by 2:45 PM, followed by dining at 3:30 PM. Dining is expected to finish by 5:00 PM.

Course	Options
Starter	Smoked chicken Caesar salad: Served with sundried tomato and avocado. Avocado mousse: Accompanied by pickled tomato, radish, and Sakura salad with aged balsamic. Melon: A refreshing alternative.
Main Course	Braised Guinea fowl: Served with fondant potatoes, braised root vegetables, and a light jus. Aubergine, red pepper, and courgette moussaka: A vegetarian alternative.
Dessert	Fruit tartlet with Irish cream Fruit Salad Cheese & Biscuits (+£3.00 supplement)
Beverages	Coffee and After Dinner Mints

Each guest may select one option per course.

For individual registrations (yourself only, with no guests, as a Knight of the Order):

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of seat reservations will be accepted until 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 17 June 2025. Dining fees cannot be refunded after this date.
