Time: Meeting begins at 13:00 (Rehearsals for those required will begin at 11:00).

The meeting will conclude by 15:30, followed by dining at 16:15. Dining is expected to finish by 17:45.

Main Course	Traditional Shepherd’s Pie topped with truffle-scented new potatoes served with seasonal vegetables Vegetarian - Sweet Potato, Chilli, Spinach & Pine Nut Strudel
Dessert	Mango & Passion Fruit Pavlova Fruit Salad Cheese and Biscuits (+£3.00 supplement)
Beverages	Wine during dinner, Coffee and Tea
