A new banner dedication at Sedgemoor Lodge

A new banner dedication by the Grand Master Dr. Vivian Thomas JP GCHC.

 

At the recent meeting of the Sedgemoor Lodge of Scottish Masters the new banner was dedicated by the Most Eminent & Reverend Grand Master Dr. Vivian Thomas JP GCHC.

The banner depicts the Battle of Sedgemoor and the four Provinces of the Founder members.

Installation Meeting of Suth Seaxe Lodge

At the October 2024 meeting of the Suth Seaxe Lodge of Scottish Masters of St Andrew No. 9 in the Grand Priory of Knights Beneficent of the Holy City Revd Kt. Gordon Leaman, K.B.H.C., was installed as the Deputy Worshipful Master. The installation ceremony was conducted by the Regional Grand Prefect, R Revd Kt. David Jordan, K.B.H.C., in a most sincere manner.

The next item was to receive and admit two candidates into the Fourth Degree. E.Kt. David Maynard and E.Kt. Steven Davis. The Ceremony was conducted by the Worshipful Deputy Master, Revd Knight Gordon Leaman, K.B.H.C. The Senior and Junior Wardens were Revd Knights Chris Eley, K.B.H.C, and Colin Dann, K.B.H.C. The Master of Ceremonies was Sq.N. David Thompson, and the Assistant Master of Ceremonies was Tim Wheeler, the Great Marshal

After the ceremony the Regional Grand Prefect, R Revd Kt. David Jordan, K.B.H.C., was invited to present Great Priory Certificates, which he did in a very informative manner.

The Lodge was closed and after photographs and refreshments we dined together at the East Brighton Masonic Centre in Peacehaven.
