The meeting will conclude by 2:30 PM, followed by dining at 3:30 PM. Dining is expected to finish by 5:00 PM.

For individual registrations (yourself only, with no guests, as a Knight of the Order):

Group Booking

For group registrations (up to 11 people):

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of seat reservations will be accepted until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 13 May 2026. Dining fees cannot be refunded after this date.
